David the werewolf (a real interesting characer) for :iconneio6:. Twas a long overdue trade, mostly due to me being a big scaredy cat about inking it. I feel really happy with how it came out, though I still see mistakes.* I hope Neio is happy with it too, and that the picture isn't too dark on other people's monitors :3

*The lighting is all funny and the stars still bug me. Stars, they are hard to do!

Aw, he's so cute! I love that he has a goofy toothy smile, but you can just see the hint of a fang in it.

I also really like the composition of the piece . . . though it's interesting that he seems to be sitting outside the window. ;) Design license. Also very fond of the steam from the cup . . . there's a nice color balance here, with a few bits or white/light against the dark.

It seems almost all werewolves share a few things in common: they dress like initially good guys, like books, sometimes wear glasses, drink a lot of tea and are always ready to help...well...almost always ;P Great picture :D
